I ran out of coffee creamer the other morning and decided to try and make my own.

I looked up a few recipes online, raided my pantry, tried a few different concoctions, and now here I am sitting behind a hot cup of coffee flavored with a few real ingredients!

It tastes good, and it feels good to know what I am putting into my body. Give it a try!

This 5-ingredient, homemade coffee creamer is made with raw, whole milk so the consistency is not as thick as store-bought creamer. If you use cream, half and half, or condensed milk the consistency will be more like traditional coffee creamer.

I used raw, whole goat’s milk from my herd of Nubians that had been in my refrigerator for a few days. I chose this instead of my freshest jar because I wanted some cream that had separated for the recipe.

I used regular, granulated white sugar. The amount of sugar you use is really personal preference, feel free to use less or an alternative sweetener instead.

The amaretto flavor comes from the combination of vanilla and almond extract, the cinnamon just goes nicely with it in my opinion!
